(IMPORTANT: Make sure it is a headache and you are not dealing with tumor, poor eyesight, tooth decay, infectious disease, high blood pressure, head injury, etc.)
Relax and shape and form the headache and throw it away.
As you relax you do not need the headache.
Anytime you feel a headache coming on, you release it.
Place the tips of your fingers on the back of your neck and apply a very gentle pressure and the tension goes away.
henever the muscles start to tighten or you start to squint your eyes, you become aware of it immediately and relaxation begins immediately.
If you have pressure behind the eyes, very gently use your fingertips to brush your eyelids with an outward motion and the pressure will subside.
A deep breath will relax the muscles and the headache cannot materialize.
Anytime there is tension, imagine a release valve for the escape of the tension or nervousness.
Anytime you are in a situation where that tension is building, the valve releases.
You do not let the tension build.
I wake with migraine every day of my life. Can this really help. The pain is so bad. Ty
Hi pen, sorry to hear about waking up with a migraine every day. First off, If you have not yet seen a doctor, I would strongly recommend you see one. Having said that, I will assume that you have spoken with doctors and other healers and have not been able to get any help.
I haven’t used this script, but according to Rebecca, she has and it has helped her. I would suggest you read through the pages, How to Use Hypnosis Scripts & How to Make an Hypnosis Recording and have a go.
You might want to start with the Progressive Muscle induction and then the Relaxation deepener.
I hope you have some success, good luck!
I recorded this script to use on myself, as I was nearing day 5 of my migraine. Immediately, my neck felt looser and within 15 mins, it’s almost disappeared completely! It’s certainly improved to the point I move about more and do things – definitely worth the effort in concentrating enough to record it – thank you! 🙂
Hello Rebecca, that is great news as migraines are awful. I am sorry to hear you have to suffer them, but I’m glad we could help. You are most welcome! Thank you for taking the time to share your success.
