As far as we are aware, all scripts on this site have been placed into the public domain or have provided for free and fair use on this or other websites, now or at some point in the past. Some scripts have been recovered from websites that are no longer online, or have changed ownership and been revamped and may have simply deleted pages. In the spirit of “fair use” and with the original intent of the owners to share their script, we have reproduced some of those “lost” scripts on this site. Where possible, copyright or ownership has been credited, and any usage restrictions have been included with each script. Should you believe there is a script(s) that should not be on this site or has infringed copyright or original intent to share has since changed, we will remove it. However, it is possible to receive false requests, therefore we ask you to read the DMCA instructions on the Legal Page carefully and completely and then submit your request from the email address below.

Before we process your GDPR request we need:

1. PROOF OF IDENTITY
In order to verify your identity, please send a scan or photo of a current government issued Photo ID. (required)
Example: A drivers licence, passport or EU Resident card. Note: a Company ID, travel pass, or similar is not acceptable.

2. PROOF OF ADDRESS
In order to verify your address, please send a scan or photo of a document that shows your current residential address. (required)
Example: A bank statement or utility bill that must be dated within 3 months from submission. Do not submit your EU Resident ID photo card here.

About your Personal Information: The information you provide here will be processed solely for the purpose of verifying your identity and residency, identifying the information you’re requesting, and answering your request. Your personal information will be  accessed by our  Data Privacy Officer only. Your proof of ID and residency will be deleted once your request has been answered. 

How we will process your request: We will answer your request, or request additional information from you within 30 days. We may extend this process for up to two months, in which case we will notify you of the extension within a month. The processing of this request is free of charge, but we reserve the right, as allowed under GDPR Article 12 (5), to charge an administrative fee under certain circumstances. Please note that we may refuse to act, as allowed under GDPR Article 12 (2) and 12 (5), on requests that are insufficiently substantiated, unfounded or excessive.
